How to Hard Reset NOKIA 1280 | Unlocking Codes NOKIA 1280

This post discuss about couple of methods that you can use to reset your Nokia 1280 phone’s security code. These methods include:

• key combination

Every Nokia phone comes with default code 12345. If you care about security of your phone or personal information like contacts, photos or anything important that you put on your handset, this code can be essential.So it’s important change default code & uses it for security. But lots of people tend to forget this code because they don’t use it so often.

Below are some of the solutions for this problem.

First method:

1. Make sure that your device is on.
2. Next press and hold * key + 3 key + Call button + Power button until you see logo Nokia.
3. Now enter your lock code.
   * The default lock code is 12345
4. Then your phone will reset and restart.

Second method:

1. Power on the device.
2. Then type this code: *#7370#
3. Now enter your lock code.
   * The default lock code is 12345
4. Then your phone will reset and restart.

Third Method:

1. Press Power button until your phone is on.
2. Then navigate to Menu -> Settings -> Restore Factory Settings.
3. Now enter your security code.
   * The default code is: 12345
4. After that your cell phone will restarts.

Forth Method:

PLEASE NOTE:WHEN ENTERING A CODE, be very careful, Nokia models only allow 3 attempts to enter a code, after this they will lock themselves.

General Information about your Nokia 1280 unlock code

When you receive your email with your unique Nokia 1280 unlocking codes, you may see there's actually more than one code.

Depending on your model you may receive two codes for newer phones or seven codes for older Nokia models
(Please see below for some examples)
If you receive a code without the #pw+ at the beginning or EG +1# at the end, then you need to add this to the code before you enter it.
For example, if you receive 418636523456123, then the code is actually #pw+418636523456123+1# (Should normally be +1# on the end).

3. The phone will now unlock.
